Product: HP ProBook 650 G8 Notebook PC (1Y5L1AV)

I have deleted everything from hard disk using cmd, now I want to install windows 10 on my laptop, but that is asking admin password, I dont know that password? how i can fix this problem I have almost 1 month and still I dont have fix this problem, I need some contact chat or email, when i chat with USA support they say wee are only for USA, not for Albania, so Albania do not have chat support what I can do?
