Try this & see if it works, :

 

Go to

http://www.pny.com.tw/index.php?cls=2&mode=download

 

Download "USB Flash Driver Format Tool (Ufix-II)", may have to rename the downloaded file to have a .rar extension.

 

Extract "RecoverTool_V2.00.42_M1223 8CE.exe" from the downloaded file and run.

This perfectly worked for me but the only thing that didnt work was the download link in the PNY Site. You can download it else where just by searching "USB Flash Driver Format Tool (Ufix-II) pny" ongoogle.
