According to my Windows 10 reliability history monitor, The HP Comm Recovery Manager on my new HP Probook 440G6 regularly crashes (stops working). This does not seem to effect the functioning of the notebook in any way at this stage. I would however like to uninstall it, but it does not appear on the list of programs under the control panels uninstall section or under Win 10 Apps and Features. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hello,
This should be the "HP Connection Manager" or "HP Connection Optimizer" app
You may also simply disable ad stop its service in Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Services
as shown here
The application is not mandatory for your computer to work
