Hi. My laptop is almost a year old and it has been sent for repair a second time. This time I sent it , HP is saying it will take over 3 months to repair the product. I have university starting next week and I need my laptop ASAP ! Whats shocking is that this is the second time my laptop is being repaired. The first time it was sent for repairs in February 2024 not even 6 months into the warranty. Now again in September 2024 the same problem has occurred and HP is claiming I have to wait 3 months. A new device like this which has spent most time in the repair centre certainly has some defect. Could I get a replacement device or something until I receive my laptop back? This whole situation is extremely stressful and causing me several issues

I’m sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your laptop. Given that your device has been in for repairs twice in less than a year, as the time offered for repair is unacceptable.
