Hardware designation is:

Hp 4730s Graphics
AMD Radeon HD 6490M
Intel® HD Graphics 3000

Upgrade process from Windows 7 to Windows 10 replaced working HP Driver by the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (see below).

Microsoft Basic Display Adapter does not work properly.

How can I uninstall the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and install a working driver?

The PC is not supported by HP for W10 and no W10 graphics driver was ever released for the AMD/Intel switchable graphics adapters.


The only suggestion I can offer which I doubt will work would be to try the W8.1 AMD/Intel switchable graphics driver from your notebook's support page at the link below:

If you have a way to reinstall W7, I recommend you do that because both operating systems are out of support anyway.
