Hello HP support community,
My battery charging decreases very fast even if I am not at all using my laptop. White light and orange light which are battery charging status indicator stays on all the time. Just got a notification that I need to replace my battery as soon as possible it's not working properly. My coverage is still in warranty. I would like to replace my battery as soon as possible.
