Hi all,
My laptop is Hp pavilion laptop 15-cs056tx.
I replaced my laptop battery (HT03XL). Once I turned on my laptop.
There is an error message
‘The CMOS checksum is invalid. The CMOS will be reset to the default configuration and will be rebooted. Please check your BIOS setup options to see if they change.
CMOS Reset (502)
Enter - Reboot the system’
Then, after I entered or just left it for a while, the screen changed to Automatic repair. There is an error message that
’your pc did not start correctly.
press restart to restart your pc, which can sometimes fix the problem. You can also press “advanced options” to try other options to repair your pc.
once I restarted, this screen turned up again. It s like a loop.
could anyone help me fix this? In the case that this can not be fixed,
1. How can I retrieve all data in my laptop? I have portable hard drive external.
2. If I remove battery, will this error be fixed? Will i be able to use my laptop as usual? Will this automatic repair be gone?
thank you very much
