Over a week ago, I had to send back a faulty laptop that I received. I have not heard anything about the warehouse receiving it and have been trying for 2 weeks straight to get in contact with the post sales team but have been put on hold for over an hour. Has anyone been in a similar situation, how long did it take for the warehouse to register your shipment and post a replacement?
