Product: Pavilion 6530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought HP pavilion on 31 Aug 2021, and faced some issue within some days, I called the service centre and asked for replacement, I did all process, Submitted DOA letter and also gave my old HP pavilion, But now it's been 4 days I haven't received my new laptop, the

 shop vendor from whom I bought the laptop says that he cannot give me the same laptop( talking about model), he tells me to buy other laptop, and Asking for more money.I want same laptop for which I paid and at same price !

Sorry, but we have no interface or communications with any of the Service Centers.  You will have to contact them on your own.
