Hi,

I am using an HP Pavilion dv4 Notebook PC, which does not support Windows 10 or later versions, 

 

I kindly request your guidance on how to download the Windows 8.1 operating system from the official Microsoft website. I would also appreciate it if you could provide the official download link and instructions for installation.

 

Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:

 

Microsoft has retired support for W8.1 and no longer has the W8.1 ISO files available for download.

 

Also, I don't know of any HP dv4s that came from the factory with W8.1.

 

They all had W7 AFAIK.

 

W7 ISO files are no longer available for download from Microsoft either.
