Dear HP Support,
I own an HP Pavilion dv7-3090ed, and I would like to request the original recovery media that includes Windows 7 Professional, which came pre-installed with the laptop. I upgraded the laptop to Windows 11, but now I need to restore the system to its factory settings.
Here are the details of my laptop:
Model: HP Pavilion dv7-3090ed
Serial Number: ******
Please let me know the process to obtain the recovery media, or if there are any additional steps I should follow.
Thank you for your assistance.
