Does anyone have access to the Cloud Recovery System file for the Envy x360?

For some reason, it's not showing up for me when I look for it either in the app or in the HP database.

Use the HP cloud recovery tool that will create a bootable USB recovery drive, that will install Windows the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC on the replacement NVMe SSD.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

 

If you have to use the software on another PC if yours is not working, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

 

Your PC's product number is 2C8P7UA#ABA
