I need help, my HP 15bs212mw Laptop Keeps repeating these same Two screens over and over again and even if I want to reset the computer, they would Be dim before The laptop Like under the keyboard between the Joints, I would hear a buzz sound before the screen goes blank and so i Can,t even open Disable the Two screens by the command prompt because Registry editor is missing, and it is like deleted. And I even Tried to recover the backups or save data from another time, but it has gotten even worse and plus I can,t open safe mode because of this problem, and I did a diagnostic  and They all passed,  but because I did a factory reset, and It even said that  "it cannot complete the reset because it rain into some problem" I have even tired to Use the boot options and it failed too, I removed the battery and put it back, but it has also failed too even though I press the power button when the battery was not inside....

Hi

Although I understand you may have done an F2 diagnostic, it seems like a deep scan would be needed.

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.
Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).
