- Hi,
Lost the hard drive to my HP Probook 6560b, I know enough about computers to make me dangerous, Haha. I have a replacement 256G SSD drive. I purchased this laptop second hand about a month ago, I didn't get any of the original software discs and I didn't get the chance to make my own recovery disc yet either. If anyone is able to point me in the right direction to where I can get the Windows 7 64B software that would be a great help.
Maybe a quick run down on what I have to do with it once I have it too. I have blank16Gb thumb drives, blank 8.7Gb DVD recordable disks, what ever I need to make it happen. I'm not 100% sure on whether I need to make a bootable thumb drive, but I guess it all depends on the file type of the OS. Thanks for your assistance.
