Resell the laptop as a new one

Actually I have raised a case of my laptop but after investigation, hp support agent told me that one more cass or issue had been launched before the date I purchased it which leads to that the shop owner sold me this used laptop in the name of new laptop. So please take strict action on this case. The shop address is : Intouch Solutions, lashkar, Gwalior, (Edited)  I Have purchased the laptop on NOV 3 2024. Please take strict action.
