I want to reset my BIOS VERSION 1.6.0.0 and nees to install window 10.what should i do ?

 

 

i used all tricks like press f10 or f8 many more but it only loops back and forth between these 2 screens. It won't boot up any bios settings or boot order, and when I test the memory module and hard drive it passes both tests.  Is there anything I can do?

 

My laptop is the elitebook 9480m Intel i5-4210U model and the motherboard is part number 769717-601
