So I am trying to reset my ho laptop I held the shift key and click restart.. not letting the shift key go.  CLick Troubleshoot...Reset this PC....Remove everything...Screen says preparing.  Now i Click on Fully Clean the drive.... Says getting things ready.. THis is where i have a problem.  Error message "Additional free space is needed on the drive where Windows is installed.  Free up space and try again.  I have tried to clean up space but i need that darn password.  Is there anything I can do.  Please help!!!!! I cannot open the computer at all to get to the windows screen to clear the cache. Please help.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
