My ELITE BOOK Hp laptop want a PIN to open but I don't have it. I have forgotten my password because I usually used a fingerprint to open my laptop. Please assist me.

Hello.

 

This is a Windows issue, not HP issue. I recommend visiting your local computer shop that also helps with computer usage problems.

 

Giving advice on bypassing passwords and such is not allowed in this forum, so you cannot be helped further here.
