Reset my laptop

My laptop has been running very slowly so I decided to try and factory reset it but now matter how many times I try I can never clear enough space

Resetting it will only make it worse --because Win10 will now download LOTS of stuff to get Windows up to date, that will take up lots of space, and it will not be removed when done.

However, here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr
