Hi! 
So, some people were moving and they had things out for free and I happened to find a HP pc but the problem is, is that it’s still logged into the account. Tried different things, and now this is what shows up:

”Boot device not found, please install an operating system in your hard disk. Hard disk - (3F0) F-2 System diagnostics for more information, please visit-“ and then the HP Help center link, and that’s why I’m here. I don’t know the password, and I need to log out. 😞 Help?
