Hello HP Support, I own an HP laptop that I have been using for four years. Yesterday, I reset Windows, and now the setup screen requires a Wipro work email. I checked the Windows registry and found the organization domain wipro365.onmicrosoft.com. I cannot contact the original seller or Wipro. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this Windows Autopilot enrollment issue? I can provide the serial number and proof of ownership privately if required.

Hi @Poojitha_1010,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
The domain wipro365.onmicrosoft.com suggests that your laptop may still be registered with an organization's Windows Autopilot deployment. Resetting Windows does not necessarily remove this registration.
Since you no longer have access to the original seller or the organization, we recommend taking the conversation to our phone support team. They'll work with you one-on-one to get the issue sorted, possibly with some remote assistance magic.
Kindly click here to contact support to find options like chat, phone, or email for your HP products (depending on your product's warranty status).
Regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
