1595175472183-1772117137.jpgI reset my laptop because I had some programs I wanted to get rid off which I normalyou couldn't  my pressing delete the reset was going smoothly until my laptop restarted which was normal but when my laptop restarted it said preparing below the windows sign and a pop up appeared saying that the restart caused some errors and asked me to restart my laptop again I did so and then the same message appeared which put me into a endless  loop of my laptop restarting I tried everything  I knew to do but nothing worked any ideas on what I can  do 😕

Hi:

 

You can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installer using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

When you get to the part of the installation that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

I am actively stuck at the boot screen all I can open is cmd propmt  which I can type in but as I'm no computer nerd I don't know any cmd propmt  commands

You have to use another windows PC to create the installation media.

 

To boot from the installation media, you press the ESC key immediately upon turning on or restarting the notebook to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the flash drive you created with the media creation tool, and press the enter key.
