Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Reset got stuck at 42% for over 4 hours now. Is this normal? Should I stop it? Any clues?

Hi,

               Force your notebook to shut down and try again.

               If you are stuck with the same issue try re-installing windows using ISO.

I stopped the reset stuck at 42% by powering off the laptop. It poped up a message saying that not all the files were able to be deleted. Then it started the W10 installation and completed successfully. Working fine ever since. Thanks a ton!
