Microsoft Windows 11

Good morning, as a teacher, every year and before school starts I reset the system so that the computer is clean and functional, prepared for the entire school year. So far it has always worked impeccably, I order the system to be reset and in the end everything is fine, windows, drivers and HP software.

This morning I repeated the process, like every year, only this time it only did the system reset, there are no drivers, no HP software or anything, as if the system had not recognized that it is an HP machine.

Was it a failure? Has this process ceased to be automatic?

For 5 years I always did the same process and it always worked, today it went wrong.

Can you help me?

You need to use HP's cloud recovery. Cloud recovery downloads from the Microsoft Windows store it includes all the HP drivers that your system need.

HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10 and 11)

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool is an application developed by HP.  It enables customers to access a digital download of their recovery media and create a bootable USB drive (Minimum 32GB) to recover their units back to factory status.

Download tool here  Microsoft Store
