Product: Hp stream
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp stream...need to update windows 10...having issues as won't let me. I decided reset to factory settings won't let me..says need more room....I want to force factory reset and start over..help

You can NOT do that -- because the Stream has insufficient disk space to do a factory reset.

 

You have to use external media -- as @banhien has already indicated to you.
