recently bought a used HP laptop from a lady at a yard sale. laptop probably not even a year old but she had it password on it it keeps asking me for a pin. Which I don't have that so I can't get any further to get into factory even resetting the laptop and get rid of her stuff on it can clean it off and set up with  my info.....Can someone PLEASE tell me a quick fix I COULD DO

You can see if the PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

Since you did not supply any information regarding the model number/product number of your notebook, that is all the help I can give you at this time.
