Hello, please help. I forgot my chrome book password so I reset it no problem. Now when I enter in my new password I am prompted at the next screen as follows: “Please enter your old chrome book password to access your local data and files” -If I knew that password I wouldn’t have reset it. So I don’t understand why they would set up my laptop like that. I’ve spent 4 hours trying to get in and called numerous customer service numbers to no avail. Can someone please help? I can’t access any of my work or get anything done until I am logged in. Please help ! 🙁🙏
