My laptop stopped resetting at 41% from last 2-3 hours

I reviewed your post and I understand that reset is stuck at 41%.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the operating system you are using?

What is the exact issue you are facing with the computer?

How did you initiate the reset? (From Windows or recovery)

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you wait for some more time and check whether the reset completes. If it is still stuck on 41% then follow the steps in the below article and restart the reset.
