So I have been trying for 2 weeks to get the issue resolved via the Hp helper and I have also tried to do it over the windows helper but that just gave me the option opening it via Efi file or windowsOs exe file but that just threw me back in it no so know i don’t know what to do because I could just restart it but I actually don’t know how to from my bios

If your Windows computer restarts or reboots without any warning automatically or goes into a reboot loop, there are several reasons that could cause this to happen. It could be the failure of some hardware component, over-heating, Windows Update or a Stop Error. Further, I suggest you to check the below link which may help you identify and fix the problem:

Hope it helps!
