Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (9WF74AV)

Good morning, I have a HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0000 with Windows 11 updated to the latest version and I'm having 2 problems lately. The first is that every now and then the resource manager restarts and this interrupts transfers from my pc to usb and/or doesn't allow me to switch from one window to another with Alt+tab. The second problem is that the transfer speed, despite having a USB C and a type 3 ports, are excessively low (10 mb/s when all goes well), sometimes becoming almost zero. I specify that all the connected memory drivers are updated. Please help me. Thank you!
