Product: HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm

My notebook was receiving constant “how to get help with windows” pop-ups so an hp representative suggested I launch and enter a code for  “Quick assistant” app to control my screen. I did a factory reset wiping out all files and data SUPPOSEDLY fixing the issue  but the call dropped & was return 45mins/1hr advising me to go to an hp store because their is nothing that could be done at this point & giggling after telling her I wasn’t able to get to purchase a flash drive at the moment. My screen is stuck on “System information” with a “install windows” pop up notification. Can someone please help me  greatly appreciate it
