HP Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey yall. Today I tried to reset my old hp omen but im consistently getting a cto error. From what I've been able to Google im not the only one to ever have this issue,  but I've yet to find any fix or work around. At the moment my laptops just stuck retracing to continue over n over. Any ideas?

Im somewhat annoyed at this seeming to be McAfee error, seeing as I don't even want it in the first place.

I'm unsure how to get back into a desktop to do that, as my only options are to "retry" and view the logs. Restarting just causes it to retry.
