Im facing a problem with windows set up with every time try recover my windows using recovery manager
Everything runs ok until the show (restoration incomplete) dialog box
I tried different ways to recover using dvds recovery media but still same message restoration incomplete pop up at the end evry time
Note : this problem start to come since i made updates to bios since the moment windows runs with so many errors including restoration incomplete problem
I hope to find solution for this problem

If this is one of the DV6 laptops from nearly 10 years ago and still has the original drive, my guess would be that the restore failed because the drive is failing.
So, let's check that first, because if it is failing, it would need to be replaced and there is no point then in doing anything else until we confirm that.
To check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu
3) Press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
If the drive checks out OK, then report that and I can provide you options for reinstalling Windows on your PC.

Sorry ... I had missed your response ...
OK, so from the screenshots, it appears that the disk is OK but that the battery is failing.
Why that would prevent a reset, I do not know, as it should be able to do the reset connected to A/C power.
But, if that is what the reset program requires, then you have no choice other than to replace the battery before trying the reset again.
