You listed two product codes but it appears that the bios for each system is the same
4S1E4EA

look at the revision history and pick the bios you want to try to restore.
HP support video for bios recovery
Click here to see how to recover your BIOS.
Do 1, 2, and the first part of 3.
For the second part of 3 you will need a USB flash drive and possibly an
older BIOS if the recent BIOS caused the problem. Make sure the USB flash had LED lights.
For laptops, step 2 'CMOS reset' there is no CMOS battery nor CMOS switch and no need to open the laptop. Use the Windows key + 'v' as explained here.
To install from USB.
When you power up your system the LEDs on the flash drive should flash once at the instant power is applied. They will then flash about three to five seconds later (hopefully). When they flash a second time that means the files are being read from the flash drive. If you never see it flash a second time then the boot loader is damaged and you cannot recover the bios unless you use a programming tool or replace the chip. You hold down the Windows key + B key when powering up with the USB flash inserted.

I tried to downgrade the BIOS version, but judging by the description in the firmware file for version 4-8, this is not possible.
"PURPOSE: Routine
SoftPaq NUMBER: sp154723
EFFECTIVE DATE: 09/03/2024
CATEGORY: BIOS
SSM SUPPORTED: Yes
DEVICES SUPPORTED: N/A
PREREQUISITES: - Due to the security updates installed by this BIOS update, previous BIOS versions cannot be reinstalled after this BIOS update is run."
Tried to install many different versions 4-1, 4-3, 4-4, 4-7.
But after flashing I always received these messages:
and
The firmware was installed normally only with version 4-8, but after two reboots - a black screen.
All operations were performed in two configurations:
1. 1TB SSD installed - formatted GPT (NTFS)
2. Without SSD installed.

I am not sure what I'm looking at. The above images show the flashing stopped at 30, 28 and 28 for three different BIOS?
Was the LED of the USB flashing? if not, then possibly the BIOS on the hard drive was being used instead of the USB bios.
The LED of the USB should be flashing constantly when its is being used. Remove the SDD or HDD to ensure that the USB is being used.
Was there a problem with the system before you did the BIOS upgrade? It would be unusual for the flash to stop like that. A memory failure could cause the flash to stop. Remove memory, use air duster on motherboard, clean memory edges with eraser and put back in. Try another USB that is FAT32 formatted.
