HP Recommended

So, I did my project in the HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0037tx and I want to revert to original factory Operating System, and I can't access Microsoft Windows anymore. And the HP Cloud Recovery Tool is not working, It won't detect the Product ID, but HP Cloud Recovery Tool Supported Platforms detects it as Item0015. Please tell me how to fix this, Thank you.

Unfortunately, that will not be possible.

 

HP removes support for the cloud recovery tool once the PC model series reaches 5 years of age which is why you are getting the Item0015 error.

 

Your only option to reinstall Windows would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable W10/W11 USB installation flash drive for the operating system you want to install.

 

Download Windows 10

 

Download Windows 11

 

After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
