Product: Example: Pavilion 15-C97OPE57
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased my laptop in 2017, My laptop is HP pavilion 15 au620tx(C97OPE57). I have pre installed genuine windows 10 home inbuilt. For some reason within 7 days i want to restore my OS. I cant find my windows product key. My outlook id is - bodhisattwabaidya@outlook.com. Please help me how to restore it. @praveen196 @asmita6658 @hp @ windows10

Hi:

 

You can by using another Windows PC with W7 x64 or newer, create a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
