I recently bought a new OMEN 15 dc-1001nk I accidentally selected french as system language in the first boot now I can't change it because the pre-installed OS is Windows 10 Home single language and I don't have a product key to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro...
Now I'm wondering if I reset my PC using the Reset this PC in settings will I lose all the preinstalled apps that come with the PC such as Omen command center and much more ? or these apps will be kept? Thanks

Hi:
I don't know the answer to your question but you can always make a bootable recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client utility to restore the PC's hard drive configuration to its 'out of the box' condition.
Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery client utility...

That way if you decide to try the 'Reset this PC' feature and you lose your preinstalled apps, you can always use the recovery drive as a backup plan.
