I would assume you take it to the Service Desk at the Walmart store you bought it from.I have never bought one at Walmart but have returned other electronics there. Have you tried that with no luck?
If it is past the return window at Walmart and is faulty you will have to contact HP using the Serial number found on the bottom of laptop or on the box:

Super hard?
All I did was Google Walmart electronics return policy and I had the information in seconds!

It is 15 days. Bring your receipt!
Isn't that simple?

I should've clarified. I bought it two months ago and the laptop crashed while I was at a clients office and I had to buy another one that night (I have to have a working laptop or I can't work). I am out of the 15 day return window for Walmart and I need to return it to HP for a refund. I can't find a link to return the laptop on HP's site anywhere...

You can't return to HP for a refund.
It is under warranty so you will need to contact HP to get it fixed under the warranty.

Read my Reply above. It has the link that leads to contacting HP about warranty service. A 2 month old laptop can't be returned but will be repaired under the 1 year warranty.

Just to be very very clear to Markt522 on this. Even if your laptop was just a day old, it cannot ever be returned to HP for a full refund. You return for a refund from whichever retailer you purchased it from. In your case it is Walmart. It can easily have been Amazon or Best Buy or Costco. Each retailer has its own return policy.

Perhaps I should have broken that into 2 sentences. My remark was referring to any place of purchase-even HP Online Sales. A laptop purchased from HP Sales can be returned just like any retail store but not after 2 months. HP Sales offers a 30 day return window.

I understood what you meant.
But the OP Mark seems to believe that he can just return a HP laptop to HP even though it was not purchased directly from HP.
Everything must be returned to point of purchase for a refund if within the return window.
If purchased from HP then it goes back to HP.
If purchased from Walmart, it goes back to Walmart within the return window of 15 days.
If purchased from Best Buy, it goes back to Best Buy within the return window of 15 days. Although, Best Buy had a holiday return policy in place for 2018.
etc. etc.
After the return window, everything is repaired under warranty by HP.
