Return Repaired Unit for Correct OS

(edited) – Closed to repair OS, however Laptop was returned with Windows 11 Home and it needs Windows 11 Pro that it was originally purchased. The Laptop needs to be sent back for the correct OS and the Office people need return label to continue this action. 

We need return instructions and label.
