Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I tried to go back to windows 10 as the 10 days after upgrading to windows 11 has not finished yet and it started with restarting and then gives a black screen for about 4 hours now. What should I do?

check and use hp cloud recovery if no other choice
If windows 11 still works back up your data

I forced shutdown then open it and the lap opened still in windows 11 I don't want to try to go back again to windows 10 as I don't now what is the problem so what should I do ?
