Hello, I'm having issues with sleep and hibernate modes after updating my notebook BIOS to the latest version (F.65). The program I used to update it was the "sp51485.exe" from another post. When I put it to sleep, if I try to turn on again it just lights up the power and wifi lights (wifi in orange), the display won't turn on at all and it becomes unusable since no keyboard or mouse keys do anyhing, I think it's not a display problem since if I reboot or shut down everything works again. The expected behaviour from these modes based on version F.61 (factory) were to turn on normally if it was on sleep and appear or appear a warning saying "To prevent overheat the computer went to hibernate mode" (something like that and then boot normally). I tried to reset the CMOS by just removing the battery, wait 5 mins and then put again and select to load bios default settings after checksum error, also tried those Windows + B or V while pressing the power button but nothing. Is there a way to fix or revert the BIOS?

OK, I understand.
Maybe when you bought the notebook it had that version, but the BIOS udpates for your notebook's model series go back even further than the one I gave you.
It's not a problem to give you the links to F.61

Hi:
You will not be able to go back to the original BIOS released for your notebook.
If you are indicating that F.61 also had issues, I can give you the link to the previous update to that one.
The update was designed to be run on Windows Vista, so I don't know what will happen if you run it on W7.
It may work fine, or it may wreck your notebook.

The F.61 is the factory version to this notebook so no issues at all, only the F.65 has, about the F.52 are you sure I should try to install that version? Because I have no plans of using Windows Vista ever again 😄

Thank you very much, the functions are now working as it should be. Just by curiosity how many versions exist past F.61? What I am thinking is that it may be only the latest version that does this. What I mean is if there is a F.62, F.63, F.64?

You're very welcome.
When I was backtracking the BIOS updates, they went F.65, F.63 and F.61.
There were no F.62 or F.64.BIOS updates.
If you want to tempt fate, here are the info and exe links to F.63. 😊
I guess now that you have the F.61 file, you can always revert back if F.63 has issues.

Yep, F.63 to F.65 is where the issues exist, going to revert to F.61, the "known good latest" version XD, thanks again for helping me solving my problem 🙂
It's kinda strange this bug since everything works fine except those modes, maybe something in the code of the BIOS went missing or got replaced i don't know.
