Buonasera,
dopo l'aggiornamento di windows dicembre 2020 improvvisamente sul mio portatile sono scomparsi wi fi e bloothout.
Ho tentato di tornare ad un punto di riprestino precedente, ma windows ha smesso di avviarsi.
Non avendo un cd Iso, ho reinstallato windows tramite cd che mi è stato prestato. 
Con questa operazione temo di aver cancellato la partizione D
dove solitamente è collocato il Ripristino HP. Il problema delle connessioni non è stato risolto e Windows che ho installato è una versione precedente di quella che avevo inizialmente.
Ho inserito i miei dati sul sito HP per acquistare un cd di ripristino, ma è il seguente messaggio

Hi:

 

Looking at the parts list for your notebook, it has a Ralink RT3290 wifi/bluetooth adapter.

 

On W10, that is a very common issue for that model wifi card to completely disappear from the device manager.

 

I'm surprised it hasn't happened to you until now.

 

There is no fix other than to replace the wifi adapter with a different model card.

 

If you let me know how many antenna wires are connected to the Ralink wifi card, I will give you a suggested replacement.

 

Your notebook originally came with FreeDOS according to the product number you posted, so there would be no recovery kit for it.
