Right/left arrow keys partially work HP Envy

HP Envy x360 Convertable

My right and left arrow keys only work half the time. When I first press them they don’t work and after a few presses they usually work. Sometimes they don’t respond at all though. Can anyone help me figure out a solution for this? I’m usually working on excel so it gets annoying not being able to use them.
