My right and left arrow keys only work half the time. When I first press them they don’t work and after a few presses they usually work. Sometimes they don’t respond at all though. Can anyone help me figure out a solution for this? I’m usually working on excel so it gets annoying not being able to use them.

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns
Please run a Keyboard Test from F2 Diagnostic and let me know if you face the same issue during the Test
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
