HP Pavilion - 15-cw0505sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am here to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my HP Pavillion which I bought in October 2018. It is possibly the worst and most unreliable piece of technology I have ever owned and has been an endless pit for throwing money into to try and fix issues and improve performance issues. Since the day I bought it I have had problems with it. If It hits off my leg or the table in anyway the laptop completely goes dead and has to be rebooted. It has been overheating since after a year with it often getting it so hot it starts to hurt my legs. The quick SSD hard drive is not quicker than any other hard drive I've used previously, and the operating system is so large that I ran out of memory after a year of using it. I've spent the past few years buying cloud data and external hard-drives to try and solve this issue but of to no avail. The graphics card for the laptop isn't good enough to run some games and software I needed for college. A few weeks ago my laptop keeps telling me that for an unknown reason It cannot log into my microsoft account so it's using a backup profile where I can't save or download anything without it being wiped after next use. I have tried everything but nothing will work. The cherry on top has been this morning where I turned on my laptop to be told that the battery needs to be replaced. This laptop is only 3 years old and I only use it for college work and social media. I have never in my life experienced this with any other brand of laptop. I owned a toshiba laptop for 10 years which lasted me till the day I bought this one. My dell before that still works perfectly but just a little slow. Not to mention that a few months ago the hinges of the laptop started to become loose. May I emphasise that I take extreme care after my laptop, have never dropped it or damaged it, and when used in college was stored in a protective laptop case.

Sadly I have discovered my warranty has expired, however surely in an instance where there has been so much dissatisfaction with one singular product, some consideration may be taken to compensate me?
