HP Chromebook x360 14a-ca0000 (446M9AV)
Chrome OS

Chromebook root hacked. Hidden network as well as hidden partitions where files have been moved to different containers route is running services as routine And does its own maintenance. Pseudo commands don’t work most commands for different languages have been disabled or deleted. Power wash reset or full recovery from USB does not work. I believe it’s able to access information via cloud still. Any ideas ?? going to try USB recovery again.

Any kind of recovery that only erases the files or formats the drive is NOT going to work because those procedures do not actually blank out the drive -- which is what needs to be done.  But your device most likely runs Chrome OS and I am not familiar with that, so can not recommend an app to do that procedure.  You should Google for Secure Erase Chromebook to see if there is anything you can download and install to do that.  But then, you would have to reinstall Chrome OS from scratch, and I do not know where you can get install media to do that.
