Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop shows the following problem. Is it a hard drive hardware issue? Do I have to replace the hard drive?

I want to reset my computer system, but during the reset process, this error always occurs.

Watch this video on how to get diagnostic information

Lookup any of the 24 character error codes here.

If your disk drive has been corrupted it can be repaired
if the PC can't even see it or if it's reported as defective then it needs to be replaced.

You may have two drives. One of them might be an M.2 SSD the other could be a hard drive HDD or just another SSD.
If you have more than one drive please make sure you identify the one that failed.

If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty
and replace the component.

Let me know what you find out.
