Since yesterday my PC Envy 27 is reporting Smart HD error. The error message details are:
Hard drive name: 10000LM014-1EJ164-SSHD
Volume: C:\;D:\
I managed to save my files. The PC ist still rebooting but with repeated error notice. I did the Windows 10 hard drive diagnosis, which does not show any problems. The HP Hardrivetest shows:
Error ID: Q0F619-7GF887-X87R6K-609U03
Product ID: K2D53EA#ABD.
Is there any repair tool that can fix the problem?
Thanks for replay, Ulrich

A Smart HD Error normally indicates that the hard drive is about to fail or has already failed. The only remedy is to replace the hard drive with a new unit. If the computer is still under warranty, please contact HP Customer Support to start a claim... If the computer is no longer under warranty, please purchase a new hard drive to replace the bad one.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
