Hi:
You will need to install a new hard drive before you can reinstall Windows, as the code you posted indicates Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the 256 GB M.2 NVMe SSD removal and replacement procedure.
If your notebook came with Windows 10 from HP and not FreeDOS, after you replace the drive, use the HP cloud recovery client utility with another PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall W10 on your PC.
This will erase, format the drive and reinstall W10.

Then you can upgrade back to W11.

If your notebook came with FreeDOS, you will have to have your windows product key and use the media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive to reinstall Windows.
