Hello need to make update BIos but I dont have  a password I buy laptop  over 2 years ago  .

Did HP can send for me SMC file to  make reset BIOS.

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, HP will no longer provide that file and hasn't done so for several years now.

 

Here is their official position on clearing BIOS passwords.
