Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂
Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible series laptop. I read that in the device manager you see that the SMS/MMS and SDLRouterService driver missing.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:
- Please let me know the exact laptop model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
- Apart from the battery and charger, are there any other devices connected to the laptop?
- Did any software changes or updates happen on the laptop pst which this issue may have started?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
- Open the device manager.
- Right click on any one of the devices and select "scan for hardware changes".
If the issue persists then please download and run the HP Support Assistant Program. This program will search for the missing drivers and try to update them for you.
Also, you may perform Microsoft updates for Win10. Please refer to "Installing updates in Windows 10" from this HP document.
I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Keep me posted.

Thanks for providing the information.
I suggest to perform a Windows refresh (repair). This will fix any corruption in the Windows operating system and the drivers too.
NOTE: Though the steps provided are for Win8, these steps would work for Win10 too.
All the best! 🙂
